As an Inspection Advisor II, you will serve as a key liaison between our operations and quality assurance teams, providing expert inspection coordination to ensure compliance, safety, and operational excellence. You'll play a vital role in overseeing inspection activities, advising on best practices, and supporting project success in a fast-paced environment. Required Skills
  • Proven experience in inspection coordination or advisory roles within industrial or energy settings
  • Strong knowledge of inspection standards, safety regulations, and compliance protocols
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with field teams and management
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and standards
  • Proficiency in documentation and reporting with attention to detail
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently in a deadline-driven environment
  • Certification in API 653 required. API 510 and 570 are also preferred

Nice to Have Skills
  • Knowledge of non-destructive testing (NDT) methods
  • Familiarity with fleet management or equipment inspection processes
  • Experience working with project management tools and software
  • Multilingual skills are a plus

Preferred Education and Experience
  • High school diploma required; technical or engineering degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years' relevant inspection or coordination experience in industrial or energy sectors

Other Requirements
  • Reimbursable travel, including trips to Carlsbad, NM, and surrounding DelTex areas
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days off on Monday or Sunday (schedule: 5/2)
  • Valid certifications such as API, AWS, or other industry-recognized credentials are advantageous
  • Valid driver's license and the ability to travel as needed
