Quill, a Staples company, is looking for a driven Inside Sales Site Development Representative to help grow relationships with existing and prospective customer locations connected to our managed account base. In this role, you will partner closely with account management, respond to customer needs, prepare negotiated quotes and special pricing, and make outbound calls that help reactivate customers, uncover new opportunities, and expand share of wallet. This isa great opportunityfor someone who enjoys customer conversations, thrives in a goal-oriented environment, and wants to builda strong foundationin business-to-business sales.

Whatyoullbe doing:

  • Make daily outbound calls to Quill customers who have not placed a recent order to support reactivation and revenue growth.
  • Contact prospective customer locations affiliated with managed customer entities toidentifyneeds and conversion opportunities.
  • Accept inbound calls from customers tied to managed accounts and help ensure customer needs are met.
  • Negotiate pricing and process special quotes for customer opportunities.
  • Use customer insights, including order history, to guide quality conversations.
  • Leverage specialized offers and Quills value proposition to help customersplace orders and meet monthly quotasand key metrics.
  • Maintain consistent communication with account managers to share customer trends andpricing solutionopportunities.
  • Partner with sales specialists and support teams toidentifyopportunities beyond traditional office supplies, including furniture, technology, high-value quotes, print, and promotional products.
  • Maintainaccurateand up-to-date activity, pipeline, and customer records in CRM.
  • Apply coaching and feedback from managers and peers to continuously improve sales approach and performance.
