The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for proactively contacting decision-maker(s) on a regular schedule, using promotional material and sales techniques to enhance customer awareness of capabilities for both stock and custom items; quotes and negotiates special pricing, delivery and payment terms, freight considerations, etc.; develops thorough understanding of customer's business and stays educated and informed through news articles, customer websites, and industry information to identify key events that may warrant action; manages customer contacts with CRM program.    

Self starters with ability to manage multiple priorities with a high attention to detail, have excellent business correspondence and communication skills, possess excellent time management skills, are people-oriented, demonstrate patience and objectivity, work well independently as well as on a team, and show sound judgment in developing solutions and interacting with internal/external customers are encouraged to apply. Post high school education preferred with minimum three years related experience and/or training in sales or customer service, or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
