Are you passionate about helping customers bring their building and home improvement projects to life? We're looking for an enthusiastic Millwork Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Auburn, WA. In this role, you'll combine your customer service expertise, sales skills, and product knowledge to help customers find the right solutions for their projects while building lasting relationships.
Whether assisting walk-in customers, responding to inquiries by phone or email, or preparing estimates and quotes, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving business success.
What You'll Do
As our Inside Sales Representative, you'll:
  • Serve as a trusted resource for customers by providing outstanding service in person, over the phone, and via email.
  • Help customers select the right products by offering guidance on product options, pricing, availability, and order information.
  • Actively promote and sell company products, services, and complementary solutions.
  • Prepare material estimates and quotes for customer projects such as decks, fences, sheds, stairs, and other building packages.
  • Enter and process customer orders accurately and coordinate product deliveries.
  • Manage priorities effectively to achieve individual and team productivity goals.
  • Support customer education initiatives by helping coordinate and conduct workshops and product demonstrations.
  • Resolve routine customer concerns professionally and escalate complex issues when needed.
  • Assist with merchandising, inventory management, signage, stocking, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment.

What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of six (6) months of sales experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and confidently recommend products and solutions.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Interest in building materials, millwork, construction, or home improvement products is a plus.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
  • Work in both office and outdoor environments, with varying weather and temperatures.
