About the RoleYou will lead renewal and retention efforts for a portfolio of existing clients, helping ensure they realize ongoing value from FIS solutions. You will engage stakeholders, identify renewal risks, and develop strategies that drive contract renewals, revenue retention, and growth opportunities. This role combines consultative selling, relationship management, and commercial negotiation to support long-term client success. Success is measured through renewal rates, client retention, forecast accuracy, and recurring revenue growth.
What You Will Be Doing Manage a portfolio of client accounts and drive successful contract renewals. Develop renewal strategies that maximize retention and recurring revenue. Build relationships with key client stakeholders and decision-makers. Conduct business reviews to demonstrate solution value and client outcomes. Identify renewal risks early and execute mitigation plans. Collaborate with account management, sales, product, and support teams to improve client satisfaction. Negotiate renewal terms, pricing, and commercial agreements.
Required Qualifications Demonstrated success in renewals, retention, inside sales, account management, or client relationship management. Strong negotiation, influence, and consultative selling skills. Experience managing recurring revenue or subscription-based customer relationships. Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting renewals within fintech, financial services, banking, payments, software, or technology industries. Knowledge of customer success, retention, and recurring revenue management practices. Experience managing complex commercial negotiations and contract renewals. Familiarity with account planning, client value realization, and customer lifecycle management. Experience working within cross-functional and matrixed organizations.
