INSIDE SALES ASSOCIATE

SUMMARY

Liberty Roofing Center is a leader in the sales and delivery of residential, commercial and industrial applications of roofing shingles and building materials with 9 locations in the eastern USA. Quality, integrity and trustworthiness are values we look for when hiring for our teams.

We are currently seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our team at our Liberty Roofing Center location in Youngstown, OH.

WHEN YOU JOIN US, YOU WILL BE:

  • Work with both customers and Territory Sales Representatives to provide support for customer base
  • Outbound sales phone work, contacting potential prospects and passing pre-qualified leads to territory sales rep
  • Process orders and paperwork
  • Assist customers with product requirements, delivery concerns and pricing
  • Answer incoming calls in a prompt and professional manner
  • Provide sales support for walk in customers
  • Timely and effective communication
  • Follow up on inquiries from customers or Liberty administration in a timely fashion
  • Attend meetings, functions and company provided training as required
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures
  • Any other responsibilities as assigned

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
  • Positive, winning, can-do attitude is required
  • General understanding of Sales and Customer Service
  • Proven ability to work effectively independently as well as in a team environment
  • Knowledge of building/construction products is preferred but not required
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office products
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
