We are looking for an organized, high-energy Inside Sales Assistant to support our commercial sales team. In this role, you will be the administrative backbone of our inside sales department, helping to streamline the sales cycle and ensure our clients receive fast, exceptional service.

Your day-to-day will involve managing sales data, preparing quotes and contracts, coordinating client communication, and qualifying incoming leads. This is an excellent entry-level or junior role for someone looking to build a career in B2B sales, client management, or sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Assist the Inside Sales team with daily administrative tasks, including scheduling virtual client meetings, preparing presentations, and organizing sales materials.
  • CRM & Data Management: Input and maintain accurate client information, deal stages, and call logs in our CRM system.
  • Quote & Contract Generation: Draft accurate price quotes, sales orders, and service agreements based on inputs from the sales team and product pricing guidelines.
  • Lead Triaging & Qualification: Monitor incoming inquiries via phone, email, or web forms; handle initial client triage, and route qualified leads to the appropriate sales representative.
  • Customer Communication: Serve as a reliable point of contact for clients, answering basic questions about order status, delivery timelines, or general product information.
  • Sales Reporting: Help compile weekly or monthly sales metrics and pipeline reports for the sales management team.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: [5+] years of experience in an administrative support, customer service, or junior sales role (experience in an office or remote corporate environment is a plus).
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and sales reps simultaneously without dropping the ball.
  • Communication: Friendly, professional verbal and written communication skillsโ€”youโ€™ll be interacting directly with both internal teams and external clients.
  • Tech Stack Savvy: Comfort learning new software quickly. Basic experience with CRM tools and standard office suites [Microsoft Office / Google Workspace] is highly preferred.
  • Problem-Solving: A proactive, "can-do" attitude with the ability to troubleshoot minor client or data issues independently.
