Pathway Talent Partners is partnering with a well-established manufacturing client to identify an Inside Sales Representative. This role will serve as a key point of contact for customers, supporting both existing client relationships and new business development efforts. The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and helping drive company growth through proactive sales and marketing support. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working closely with leadership and operations in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing customer accounts, serving as a trusted point of contact for inquiries, orders, and ongoing support.
  • Identify opportunities to expand business within current accounts through cross-selling, upselling, and proactive customer outreach.
  • Develop and cultivate new customer relationships through prospecting, networking, referrals, and inbound lead follow-up.
  • Respond to customer phone calls, emails, and web inquiries in a professional, timely, and customer-focused manner.
  • Prepare quotes, process orders, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, sales activity, and pipeline information within the company's CRM system.
  • Collaborate with operations and production teams to communicate customer requirements, project timelines, and order status updates.
