We are currently seeking a driven, results-oriented Account Specialist to assist us in servicing new and existing customers. It is an inside sales with an uncapped commission structure. The more you sell the more you make! We even provide the leads!


Responsibilities


  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by serving as a single point of contact on established and new accounts.
  • Remain up-to-date and knowledgeable about products, services, and promotions offered, and able to discuss available features and options with customers.
  • Establish new accounts and obtain orders by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing and potential sales outlets.
  • Service existing accounts by identifying and assessing customer need to resolve issues, address complaints and provide appropriate solutions and/or alternatives within established time limits.
  • Provide customers with accurate, valid and complete information by utilizing the correct tools and procedures.
  • Build sustainable relationships with customers through open and interactive communication.
  • Keep detailed records of all customer interactions, process customer orders, maintain customer accounts, and file documents according to established SOP.
  • Maintain and submit required reports and documentation to Management as requested, including daily sales reports and weekly work plans.
  • Follow company procedures, guidelines, and policies as they relate to communication, customer relations, and interactions with coworkers.


Basic Requirements


  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Sales Representative, Account Representative or similar.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent computer skills with the ability to work across multiple different software programs.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school degree.
