Company Overview:

Seeking a Manufacturing Assembler at the City of Industry location. Weโ€™re looking for passionate individuals ready to work with standard and special connectors in a fast-paced, safety-focused manufacturing environment.


Position Summary:

Sets up equipment, prepares materials, and processes various connector assemblies following written and verbal instructions. Operates with limited supervision and may assist in training junior assemblers.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manually or machine load retainers into molded plastic inserts

  • Bond front and rear inserts per work order instructions

  • Bond interface seals and grommet seals to plastic inserts

  • Assemble and bond EMI rings to connector shells

  • Apply identification stamps and paint components

  • Prepare and crimp contacts to wires and terminate simple cables

  • Operate ovens for heat treatment and annealing

  • Set up equipment for tasks including stamping, painting, riveting, and wire cutting

  • Mix and weigh compounds and materials (inks, adhesives, potting compounds)

  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe workspace (5S compliance)

  • Participate in staging, packing, and shipment prep

  • Train and assist Assembler I level workers


Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED (required)

  • 1โ€“2 years of mechanical manufacturing or assembly experience

  • Strong ability to follow detailed instructions and engineering drawings (English required)

  • Comfortable using calculators and hand tools

  • Ability to lift 30 lbs., and use bending, twisting, and reaching motions throughout the shift

  • Strong manual dexterity for intricate part assembly
