About the Role:
As an Insert Operator I, you will play a vital role in our mail processing operations, ensuring efficient and accurate insertion of various documents. Operating and troubleshooting automatic mail inserting machines, you'll be responsible for maintaining productivity, timeliness, and quality standards to meet and exceed client expectations.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to all assigned job schedules and deadlines to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Utilize various types of inserting equipment to accurately insert client statements, invoices, checks, and other documents according to job specifications.
  • Set up and operate inserting machines based on job requirements, ensuring smooth and efficient operation.
  • Conduct frequent quality checks during machine operation to ensure accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork or system entries accurately and promptly.
  • Perform any other tasks deemed necessary to support the smooth operation of the mail processing department.
