As an LPC, you will have the autonomy to manage your own schedule, with the support of our administrative staff to assist with billing and documentation, allowing you to focus on what you do best—helping clients navigate their mental health challenges. • Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to gather relevant background information and pinpoint clients' specific mental health needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are contextually sensitive and strategically designed to enhance client outcomes.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches and evidence-based practices, remaining current with the latest trends and methodologies in counseling.
• Maintain warm and engaging relationships with clients throughout counseling sessions, fostering an atmosphere of trust and openness.
• Regularly evaluate treatment progress, making necessary adjustments to therapeutic approaches based on client feedback and evolving needs.
• Provide referrals to other mental health or healthcare professionals when additional support is necessary, ensuring comprehensive care for each client.

This position will involve working with a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health concerns. Our client-centered approach emphasizes understanding each client's unique circumstances and challenges, ensuring that interventions are effective and tailored to their individual needs.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Tennessee or the ability to obtain licensure promptly.
• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Exceptional active listening and communication skills that facilitate meaningful conversations with clients.
• Demonstrated ability to create a safe space for clients to express their thoughts and feelings openly.
• A strong commitment to providing customized treatment that addresses the unique needs of each individual.
• Willingness to collaborate with other providers for integrated mental healthcare for clients.

• Previous experience in outpatient therapy settings.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling tools.
• Specializations in areas such as trauma-informed care, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), or similar therapeutic modalities.

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, and includes a sign-on bonus upon successful completion of initial orientation and training.
