As a remote position, you will have the flexibility to conduct therapy sessions from your home or any location that suits you, ensuring a comfortable environment where you can focus on your clients. Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Provide evidence-based individual, group, and family therapy through virtual sessions, utilizing therapeutic modalities that align with client needs.
  • Conduct thorough assessments for clients meeting medical necessity, employing DSM V diagnostic criteria to identify mental health goals.
  • Support low-acuity adult clients experiencing a broad spectrum of mental health challenges by implementing individualized treatment plans.
  • Manage client case materials diligently, ensuring accurate documentation of program forms and statistical data to maintain compliance and facilitate client tracking.
  • Meet contractual obligations by effectively billing for a determined number of reimbursable hours, contributing to the sustainability and growth of our services.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our diverse client base ranges from individuals experiencing life transitions to families seeking support for relational difficulties. You will work primarily with low-acuity adults, offering services that address common mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and stress management, which are often exacerbated by the current societal climate. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • A minimum of two years of clinical experience in providing therapy in a clinical or community setting.
  • Strong organizational skills, enabling efficient case management and documentation.

Preferred Experience

While we require a minimum of two years of experience, candidates with additional background in teletherapy or experience working with diverse populations are highly preferred. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is advantageous and will support a seamless integration into our workflows.

Compensation and Benefits
