We are currently hiring: Licensed clinical therapists with experience working with adults, families, couples, children, and adolescents. Bilingual candidates are highly valued in our diverse environment.

Compensation: $55-$75 per clinical hour, depending on licensure, billing entity, and session type.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Current Illinois license (LPC, LCPC, LSW, LCSW)
  • 1-3 years of experience in behavioral health
  • Passionate about supporting others
  • Ability to work a minimum of 12 clinical session hours per week with flexible options for full-time. Full-time is considered 25-30 clinical session hours per week.
  • Work hours include at least 2 evenings per week until 9pm or 1 evening per week until 9pm and hours on Saturday or Sunday, with at least (8) sessions at prime time: (5 pm - 9 pm weeknights) or weekends.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Private practice experience
  • Background in Community Mental Health or Behavioral Health Hospital
  • Registered with CAQH and holds an NPI number
  • Specialized training in areas such as Play Therapy, Art Therapy, DBT, TF-CBT, or EMDR
