Program Manager
This position requires an active TS/Sensitive Compartmental Information (SCI) clearance with the ability to obtain a Counterintelligence polygraph to be considered.
Cherokee Preting is looking for a Program Manager to support the Defense Intelligence Agency's (DIA) Analytic Innovation Office. The Program Manager will oversee the delivery of end-to-end expertise for designing, developing, sustaining and modernizing mission-critical capabilities.

Compensation & Benefits:
Pay commensurate with experience.
Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.
Program Manager Responsibilities Include:
  • Plans, executes, and manages projects ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget constraints

  • Develops project plans, manages resources, and tracks progress against milestones

  • Ensures compliance with project management standards and organizational processes

  • Prepare status reports and briefs leadership on project health

  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Program Manager Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
  • Have at least eight (8) years of experience managing complex IT programs for the Federal Government

  • A Bachelor's degree is required, a Master's degree is strongly preferred, in a relevant field of study.

  • Must possess an active Agile certification

  • Have a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and advanced project management credentials

  • Experience with contract management and government acquisition process

  • Must have a TS/SCI level clearance

  • Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
