Job description

Description

If you enjoy working with children and are looking for an opportunity to establish a career as an integral part of a fast-growing organization then Innovation Learning is for you! We are looking for the best of the best to be a part of our nationwide before school-and-after school and summertime company.

Innovation Learning partners with schools to leverage valuable before and after school time to increase academic achievement. We have a unique opening for an individual who has experience working with children in grades K-8. The successful candidate must be passionate about working with children. Leadership experience is a plus. In your capacity, your full-time efforts will help lead our organization to stronger systems, processes, people management, and brand experience.

We are looking for the right person who loves kids and teaching and embodies our 4 core values:

  • Cultivate Mastery: We celebrate effort, learning, and growth. Whether learning a new skill or building confidence through hands-on projects, we honor progress and help each child take pride in their growth.
  • Inspire Independence: We encourage agency, initiative, and responsibility in our students and in our team. Our staff and students gain voice and confidence when they make decisions, lead activities, and solve problems. Our programs give space to practice responsibility, take initiative, and learn from experience.
  • Build Belonging: We believe people thrive when they know they are valued and part of something bigger than themselves. Every child should feel safe, seen, and supported. Through warm welcomes, daily circles, and strong relationships, we create a culture where everyone feels connected and part of something meaningful.
  • Practice Generosity: We center kindness, camaraderie, and mentorship in the day-to-day moments. Children learn the power of helping others, working together, and giving back. Staff model compassion and collaboration in everything they do.
