Whats the job?

We are looking for a talented, data-driven Paid Media Specialist to manage, optimize, and strategize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other digital advertising channels. This is a hybrid remote/in-office full-time position.

In this role, you will be responsible for launching, managing, analyzing, and optimizing paid ad campaigns to maximize performance, generate high-quality leads, and drive measurable results for a portfolio of clients within the real estate industry. You will develop targeting strategies, A/B testing plans, budget recommendations, and performance reports to continuously improve campaign efficiency.

Experience Required skills:
  • 1+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns, with a strong focus on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent in a relevant field of study
  • Proficient in Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making and performance reporting.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
  • A proactive problem-solver who can adapt to changing algorithms, industry trends, and campaign needs.

Workflow Campaign Strategy: Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta (Facebook, Instagram).

Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis to refine targeting strategies.

Collaborate with internal teams, including creative and client strategy, to align paid campaigns with broader marketing objectives.

Proactively seek out answers to questions on campaign objectives, audience targeting, budget allocations, or creative assets needed to execute and optimize campaigns effectively.

  • Stays up to date on industry trends, platform updates, and consumer behavior, incorporating evolving technology into campaign strategies.
  • Analyzes paid media performance data (including CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rates) to refine ad messaging, targeting strategies, and overall campaign effectiveness.
