What Will You Do?

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Aesthetician / Laser Technician to join our team full-time. This role is ideal for a provider who is confident in performing advanced treatments, excels in client consultations, and is driven to contribute to practice growth through retention, education, and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform advanced aesthetic and laser treatments with precision and consistency
  • Conduct comprehensive consultations and develop customized treatment plans
  • Educate clients on services, treatment plans, and home care recommendations
  • Drive package sales, memberships, and retail product recommendations
  • Maintain accurate and detailed client documentation
  • Ensure treatment rooms are fully stocked, clean, and compliant
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize client experience and scheduling flow
