Skin Rejuvenation Clinic one of our valued partners, is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join their fast-growing, state-of-the-art clinic located in Edina, MN!

Work Schedule:

This is a full time, onsite position. Hours are generally Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 9AM-5:30PM and Thursday 11AM-7PM but can vary. We believe in maintaining a healthy work-life balance while ensuring business needs are met.

Responsibilities

Patient Check-In • Greet patients in a professional and welcoming manner. • Monitor reception area and communicate updates as needed. • Verify chart completion, authorizations, and consents prior to services. • Enter and update patient demographic information. • Document arrival times and ensure timely patient flow.

Patient Check-Out • Process patients at visit completion; review charges and enter billing information. • Review treatment plans, products, fees, and financial responsibilities. • Secure required signatures, consents, and insurance authorizations. • Collect payments and pre-book future appointments. • Ensure patient understanding, provide instructions, and confirm satisfaction.

Administrative • Schedule appointments and convert inquiries into consultations. • Confirm upcoming appointments and follow up on no-shows. • Maintain reception area appearance and prepare charts for upcoming visits. • Manage billing updates and loyalty program entries. • Support front office team and perform additional duties as needed.

Retail Sales • Provide product education and consultations to patients. • Maintain thorough knowledge of product lines and ingredients. • Promote service and retail awareness to drive sales.

Qualifications:

· Experience managing phone systems and scheduling

· Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

· Proficiency in computer systems and typing skills.
