Job description

Practice:
V/O Med Spa
Location:
1417 E Renner Rd, Suite 310, Richardson, TX 75082
2110 Eldorado Pkwy, Suite 106, McKinney, TX 75070
(On-Site, both locations)
Schedule:
Full-Time | 5 Days/Week Across Both Locations | Multiple Evenings to 7:00 PM | Rotating Saturdays
Compensation:
Competitive Base + Tiered Productivity Bonus
Employment:
Full-Time | W2

Step into two established North Dallas med spa locations as the primary operator on the devices that drive results: RF microneedling, laser resurfacing, and IPL. The clients are already here, the membership model keeps your book full, and the operator invests in the platforms you will run. If you are a Texas-licensed esthetician who owns the full treatment arc, from consultation and skin typing through series design and follow-up, this is a role built around your craft.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver advanced energy-based treatments as the primary operator: RF microneedling, Erbium laser resurfacing, and IPL photofacials (Morpheus8, Rohrer Pixel8).
  • Own the full treatment arc: consultation, Fitzpatrick skin typing and candidacy assessment, individualized treatment planning, and series design, and know when to modify, defer, or refer.
  • Run pre- and post-treatment protocols - numbing, aftercare education, and scheduled follow-ups - and keep documentation tight: treatment records, device settings, consent forms, standardized before and after photography, plus laser safety and calibration logs.
  • Follow infection control and sterilization protocols for equipment and treatment areas, and wear required protective equipment (safety glasses) during laser and energy-device treatments.
  • Drive retention and rebooking by recommending supporting skincare and treatment packages in a membership model, not a one-and-done chair.

Requirements

What We Need

  • Current esthetician license in good standing in Texas.
  • 2+ years hands-on experience operating laser, IPL, and RF microneedling devices, including direct experience on Morpheus8 and/or a comparable platform (Rohrer Pixel8, Vivace, Potenza) plus ablative or Erbium resurfacing.
  • Strong safety judgment: confident treating Fitzpatrick IV-VI or clear-eyed about when to modify or defer, with solid command of contraindications and complication response.

You should also be comfortable adjusting energy settings and parameters across skin types and treatment areas, and confident with consultation-to-close: able to educate, build trust, and convert consults into treatment plans.

A Certified Laser Technician (CLT) or manufacturer certification (InMode, Rohrer), experience in a physician-supervised med spa or dermatology or plastic surgery practice, an existing local client book, and Zenoti familiarity are all strong advantages.

Benefits

Schedule & Compensation

Full-time, five days a week across both the Richardson and McKinney locations. Both locations are open until 7:00 PM several days a week, so expect multiple evening shifts past 5:00 PM most weeks, in addition to rotating Saturday coverage.

Your pay includes a competitive hourly base plus a tiered productivity bonus that grows with your production, so the stronger your book and your device range, the more the role pays. We’ll walk you through the full structure, base and bonus, on our first call.

About the Opportunity

These are two established North Dallas locations with an active membership base and a documented multi-year revenue history. The operator, Joe Luchenta, came out of healthcare strategy consulting and six years leading advertising and growth teams at Meta; he is in the building, invested in the practice, and runs the business so you can focus on the clinical work. VIO Med Spa operates 64 locations across 20 states, each independently owned and operated under physician medical director oversight. These locations run within a Texas MSO/PLLC structure with remote medical director supervision; aesthetics and front desk teams are already in place at both sites.
