As a Production Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling Kyocera's Production Print products.

Responsibilities

+       Selling Kyocera's Production Print products with a primary focus on Kyocera's TASKalfa Pro 15000c Production Ink Jet system.

+       This is a "Hunter" role and is responsible for new business growth and development, including identifying production target accounts, prospecting, scheduling client introductions and meetings, and preparing presentations, proposals, and bid specifications to strategically win new business.

+       Establish relationships with assigned targeted production accounts, market the TASKalfa 15000c benefits/differentiators, and manage the sales cycle, and close sales.

+       Aggressively pursue target accounts and present our company's values and our competitive advantages. 

+       Perform on-site needs assessments and conduct client value proposition presentations.

+       Conduct/participate in High Volume Account Reviews with Sales Management to uncover opportunities for expansion and upselling the TASKalfa 15000c in the current account base.

+       Meet or exceed sales objectives and provide customers with the highest standard of support through follow-up contact and consultation including product training after the sale.

+       Stay abreast of technological evolution and apply an understanding of how it applies to customers and prospects.

+       Manage the entire sales cycle across customer accounts, engaging additional support as needed.

+       Share innovative ideas and best practices that can potentially enhance Kyocera's competitive advantage in the Inkjet technology market.

+       Effectively manage pipeline and record activity in the assigned CRM tools.

Qualifications

+       A minimum of 5 years of Production Print Sales Experience.

+       Be proficient and able to discuss variable print data, production workflow solutions, software, and network applications.

+       Demonstrated an aptitude to develop and maintain strong customer relationships.

+       Excellent communication skills (oral and written and presentation skills).

+       Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team-oriented environment.

+       Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.

+       Excellent time and territory management skills.

+       Trustworthy and ethical in business dealings.

+       High energy, self-confidence, self-motivated, and goal driven.

+       Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability.

+       Workflow Software and Technology literate.

+       A positive team player.

+       Engage resources for pre-sale support.

Preferred:

+       Experience with high-volume production inkjet devices.

+       Experience with Fiery Print Controllers and software applications.

The typical pay range for this role is $67,000-$84,000. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.

This is a commissioned sales role that includes a generous variable compensation and incentives package.
