Are you an experienced Accounts Receivable professional who enjoys solving problems, building customer relationships, and keeping financial operations running smoothly? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where every day brings something different?

At Lineage, we're looking for an Advanced Accounts Receivable Specialist to become an integral part of our Accounting team. In this role, you'll take ownership of the accounts receivable process while also serving as a key administrative resource for our Buffalo office. What You'll Do

Accounts Receivable & Collections

  • Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate accounts receivable aging.
  • Apply customer payments accurately, including checks, ACH, credit cards, leasing payments, and other payment methods.
  • Reconcile customer accounts and investigate payment discrepancies.
  • Prepare and distribute customer statements.
  • Contact customers regarding past-due balances through professional phone calls and email correspondence.
  • Prepare and process past-due notices.
  • Assess finance charges in accordance with company policies.
  • Research unpaid leasing balances and work directly with leasing partners to resolve outstanding accounts.
  • Process customer account updates and termination requests.
  • Generate weekly, monthly, and ad hoc financial reports for leadership.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate customer records and supporting healthy company cash flow

  • Office & Administrative Support
  • Welcome visitors and provide a professional first impression for our company.
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls as backup support.
  • Cross-train to assist with dispatch operations when needed.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Maintain office supply inventory and organize common office areas.
  • Schedule conference rooms and assist with office coordination.
  • Provide administrative support to the Regional Office Manager and Accounting team.
  • Perform general office duties including filing, copying, scanning, and document management.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of Accounts Receivable, accounting, or administrative experience.
  • Knowledge of accounts receivable and collections processes.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities while meeting deadlines.
  • Professional demeanor with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Reliable attendance and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with E-Automate ERP software.
  • Previous experience in a business technology, equipment, or service organization.

This position combines office responsibilities with hands-on warehouse activities.

Candidates should be able to:
