Up to $77,500 Base Salary • Greater Oconomowoc / Watertown, WI Area • Third Shift


EXPERIENCE DEPTH: 2+ Years of Advanced Mold Setup, Process Optimization, & Press Startup Depth in a Custom Molding Setting

MATERIALS FLUIDITY: Deep Working Knowledge of Technical Thermoplastics & Engineering-Grade Resins (ABS, Polycarbonate, etc.)

WORK SCHEDULE: Premier 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Flexibility to Scale up to 9-Hour Shifts Based on Production Demand)

LOCATION POLICY: 100% On-Site (Pristine, State-of-the-Art Production Facility with Advanced Clean-Air Systems)

What You Will Be Doing
  • Execute high-precision machine setups and startups, including hanging heavy tools, dial-in of technical processing parameters, and running initial samples for zero-defect quality approval.
  • Serve as the primary technical authority and floor leader for the 3rd shift, troubleshooting complex molding variations and providing direction to an elite, lean production team.
  • Manage end-to-end material logistics, ensuring the precise mixing of resins, loading of hoppers, and optimization of grinding equipment to guarantee uninterrupted production flow.
  • Maintain strict ISO quality standards through routine machine inspections and precise cosmetic/dimensional part quality audits.
  • Lead by example as an active, working lead, jumping in to provide operator support and process guidance wherever needed to secure the shift's manufacturing metrics.
