The Business Systems Analyst IV is a senior individual contributor responsible for delivering highly reliable, scalable, and secure POS and Payments technology solutions that support Retail Operations, Payments, and Finance. This role operates as a technical and functional leader within the team, driving solution design, system integration, and end-to-end delivery across complex platforms.
The analyst partners closely with product owners, architects, engineers, vendors, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into effective technology solutions while promoting best practices, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
This role supports multiple POS and Payments platforms, including ACI Retail Commerce Server, NCR Connected Payments (OpenEPS, ServerEPS, Common Client, WebEPS), Verifone and Ingenico PIN pads, and estate management solutions.
Our flexible/hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations. Our core offices include Salisbury, NC, Quincy, MA, Carlisle, PA, Scarborough, ME and Chicago, IL
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Own the design, configuration, integration, and implementation of POS and Payments solutions across multiple platforms and portfolios.
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of medium to large initiatives, including discovery, requirements, design, testing, implementation, and support.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, stable, secure, and aligned to business and IT objectives.
