Infrastructure Project Manager
Location: Jupiter, Florida (Onsite)
Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Infrastructure Project Manager to provide oversight for IT projects supporting a major nuclear facility initiative. This role is central to our IT Nuclear Projects (ITN) team, which governs all IT-related project activities. The Project Manager will handle forecasting, budgeting, and financials for this critical project, while also supporting cyber, innovation, and site operations teams. The position requires a candidate who can manage project governance, financial reporting, and cross-functional coordination between vendor and internal project teams.
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a consolidated view of all assigned IT project workstreams and track milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
  • Projects will be related to end user support, Networks setups , desktop rollouts, and hardware installs
  • Own the IT risk and issues register, facilitating identification, assessment, and mitigation planning.
  • Develop and deliver regular status reports to leadership, translating technical updates into clear reports.
  • Ensure all IT projects adhere to established delivery standards, methodologies, and governance frameworks.
  • Develop and maintain project budgets, monitor spending, and deliver accurate cost forecasting and financial reporting.
  • Lead the creation of Statements of Work (SOWs) and manage the full lifecycle of Purchase Orders (POs).
  • Manage vendor relationships, performance, and contractual compliance.
  • Coordinate Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) reviews for vendor and procurement activities.

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of IT project management experience, including infrastructure projects.
  • Extensive experience working on infrastructure related projects.
  • Experience working with end user support, Networks setups , desktop rollouts, and hardware installs
  • Demonstrated experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Experience with vendor management processes, including running SOW processes.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira.
  • Experience managing GRC reviews and procurement processes within regulated environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication skills with experience reporting to senior leadership.
  • Experience working in highly regulated industries.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the utilities or energy sector.
  • Experience supporting nuclear or large-scale utility site projects.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification.
  • Experience managing network infrastructure, server, or end-user device deployment projects.
  • Experience operating within an Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery environment.
