Infrastructure Project Manager
Location: Orlando, Florida (Partial Remote)
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to join a growing team. This role is critical to supporting an expanding infrastructure portfolio, including international server migrations and a major CDN system modernization initiative. You will serve as a key liaison across global teams, managing communication, coordination, and delivery of complex infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead coordination and communication across global teams on infrastructure projects.
  • Manage the CDN system update project, focusing on organizational alignment and stakeholder communication.
  • Support international server migration initiatives, ensuring alignment with sustainment team standards.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with multiple project managers and directors to balance workload and resource sharing.
  • Identify and escalate risks and dependencies across the project portfolio.
  • Prepare project status reports and documentation for leadership review.
Required Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have strong project management fundamentals and experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, along with a proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional, global team environments. This role requires experience coordinating complex infrastructure or technical projects, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
