Our team is responsible for partnering with the Software Engineering team to optimize the team’s infrastructure spend and execute the most efficient capacity model to provide the best-in-class business support to the Apple Engineering organization.
Description
Partner with Software engineering leaders to build, manage and optimize cloud infrastructure tool. Collaborate across Software teams to understand capacity needs across the organization. Create a data visualization program/dashboard to allow for accurate financial forecasting within cloud capacity to support executive reviews and business planning. Drive internal budgeting and capacity approvals across key business stakeholders. Establish quarterly reporting for business leadership including SVPs.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong background in managing cloud infrastructure resources (CPUs / GPUs) showing aptitude for understanding complex financial structures and translating into meaningful business drivers.
Established experience performing budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis along with a track record of strong modeling with an emphasis in cloud Infrastructure
Outstanding attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and precision in analysis and reporting.
Ability to work with high level of ambiguity and complexity
Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record with collaborating across diverse teams
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for clearly presenting findings to key partners
Demonstrated ability to automate and improve processes
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
5+ years of relevant work experience managing SW programs

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $175,500 and $311,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
