12+ years of Program Management experience
Strong experience managing Infrastructure / IT Operations programs, including Cloud, Data Center, Network, Hosting, or Workplace Technology
Strong Jira and project/portfolio management tool experience
Experience with Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid delivery methodologies
Strong program governance: RAID logs, roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, dashboards, resource/financial tracking, and executive reporting
Experience coordinating across Infrastructure, Cloud, Network, Security, Operations, Application, Vendor, and Business teams
Experience using AI and automation for PMO reporting meeting summaries, action tracking, risk identification, and process improvement
Excellent stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills
