Job Overview
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end IT Infrastructure Operations ensuring high service availability and performance
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and System Integrator partners to ensure effective service delivery
  • Establish and govern operational processes including SLAs, KPIs, incident, problem, and change management
  • Drive service improvement initiatives and operational efficiency across infrastructure environments
  • Oversee infrastructure support covering servers, networks, cloud platforms, and end-user computing
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve critical incidents and escalations
  • Conduct governance meetings, service reviews, operational reporting, and executive-level communications
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, security standards, and ITIL best practices
  • Support strategic infrastructure initiatives and transformation programs
Required Skills
  • 10+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure Operations, Service Delivery, or Infrastructure Management
  • Strong experience managing Infrastructure Operations and Service Desk teams
  • Experience with System Integrators and vendor relationship management
  • Solid understanding of: Servers (Windows/Linux), Network Infrastructure, Storage & Backup, End User Computing, Cloud Platforms (AWS preferred)
