This is a meaningful opportunity for someone with People Operations experience who enjoys making teams work better behind the scenes. Ultimately, leaders and team members spend less time chasing information or logistics because the right systems and support are already in place.

What you'll do

  • Conduct research, benchmarking, and other project support as needed.

Keep the Team Organized and Connected

  • Coordinate the operating rhythm of the People Operations team, including leadership meetings, team meetings, quarterly planning sessions, offsites, and recurring business reviews.
  • Prepare agendas and materials, capture decisions and action items, and follow up on commitments.
  • Maintain shared calendars, planning tools, team resources, and other systems that help the function stay aligned.

  • Coordinate introductions, meetings, training, and other onboarding activities with hiring managers and cross-functional partners as needed.
  • Document knowledge required as a new People Operations team member and ensure that knowledge lives on SharePoint.
  • Check in with new team members and their managers throughout the onboarding process to identify gaps and support a smooth transition.
  • Continuously improve the onboarding experience based on feedback and the evolving needs of the team.

Support the Business of People Operations

  • Support budget administration by partnering with Finance to track spending, reconcile expenses, maintain documentation, and provide regular updates.
  • Maintain organized records for People Operations vendors, budgets, projects, and recurring activities.
  • Coordinate with Internal Communications and other partners to help ensure People Operations communications are prepared, reviewed, and delivered on time.

Support the SVP and People Operations Leadership Team

  • Provide operational support to the SVP and People Operations leadership team by helping organize priorities, materials, meetings, and follow-up.
  • Coordinate the development of presentations, briefing materials, and supporting documents for leadership meetings, Board updates, and company-wide communications.

  • Experience in business operations, program management, project management, or a similar operational leadership role.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and details at the same time.
