This leadership role is responsible for managing distributed operational support teams, ensuring service continuity, and driving operational excellence across domestic and international locations.

The ideal candidate combines strong people leadership with deep technical expertise in enterprise architecture, infrastructure engineering, and operational support. This individual will serve as a senior technical authority, designing and overseeing scalable, secure, and resilient cloud and on-premises solutions while ensuring compliance with business, security, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities include managing end-user support services, infrastructure operations, network and security engineering, disaster recovery and business continuity planning, incident response, and IT/OT integration initiatives. The role also supports mergers and acquisitions, vendor management, project delivery, and operational governance processes.
