The Team

Alvarez & Marsal Corporate Performance Improvement (A&M CPI) is expanding our capacity to serve clients across telecom and digital infrastructure.  In 2024, we created a focused Telecom & Digital Infrastructure industry group to complement A&M’s history in solving complex issues in this space.  We are looking for accomplished consultants and operators with deep industry knowledge and technical expertise to develop actionable strategies and see them through to execution.

A&M helps companies navigate options through complex market dynamics, such as telecom.  Our work includes advising on top-line strategy growth, streamlining operations, solving for tech debt, investments across telecom and digital infrastructure, divestitures, restructuring, transactional diligences, and M&A.

Our team serves traditional telecom operators, as well as private equity, digital infrastructure providers, government entities, and cross-industry enterprises.  Our work spans across wireline (cable, fiber, legacy), wireless, data centers, satellite, and next gen infrastructure technologies.

The salary range for Manager is $135,000-$160,000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. In addition, A&M offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and firm performance.  Please ask your recruiter for details.

Regular employees working 30 or more hours per week are also entitled to participate in Alvarez & Marsal Holdings’ fringe benefits consisting of healthcare plans, flexible spending and savings accounts, life, AD&D, and disability coverages at rates determined from time to time as well as a 401(k) retirement plan. Provided the eligibility requirements are met, employees will also receive a discretionary contribution to their 401(k) from Alvarez & Marsal. Additionally, employees are eligible for paid time off including vacation, personal days, seventy-two (72) hours of sick time (prorated for part time employees), ten federal holidays, one floating holiday, and parental leave.
