must have lots of exp with test planning - really want them to have smart sheet exp. Technical background ideally (example - working within technical projects / working with devs etc) service now exp - any exposure to cybersecurity is huge

Key Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in test planning, with a strong preference for SmartSheet expertise.
  • Technical background, ideally with experience in technical projects and collaboration with developers.
  • ServiceNow experience is essential; exposure to cybersecurity is highly desirable.
  • AWS knowledge (10-15% of the role).
  • Comfortable working overnight when required.

Role Overview:

  • This is a 1-year contract position.
  • Responsibilities include creating test plans, project plans (using MS Project, SmartSheet, Excel), and weekly status reports detailing accomplishments and upcoming work.
  • The role involves working closely with technical engineers and managing IT infrastructure projects such as hardware replacements, software upgrades, EOL (End of Life) asset management, and vendor-related initiatives.
