Join a fast-growing software organization that delivers cloud-based platforms supporting mission-critical programs for public sector and regulated industry customers.
As the Manager of Cloud Infrastructure, you will play a key role in shaping and operating a modern Azure-native cloud environment that powers highly available SaaS applications at scale. This is an ideal opportunity for a technical leader who remains deeply hands-on while providing mentorship, architectural direction, and operational leadership to a growing engineering team.
You'll drive cloud strategy, Infrastructure as Code, DevSecOps best practices, and platform reliability while collaborating across engineering, security, and business teams to deliver secure, scalable, and cost-effective cloud solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, or DevOps experience, including recent hands-on expertise with Microsoft Azure-native services and at least 2 years leading or mentoring engineering teams.

  • Strong hands-on experience designing, deploying, and operating Azure environments using Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, along with Azure networking, security, identity, and cloud-native services.

  • Proven background delivering cloud platforms across both enterprise-scale environments and smaller, fast-moving organizations, with experience implementing CI/CD, DevSecOps, and highly available SaaS infrastructure.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, Bicep, PowerShell, Snyk, SonarCloud, and modern automation tooling.

  • Expertise implementing observability and monitoring using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Prometheus, Grafana, New Relic, or comparable platforms.

  • Microsoft Azure certifications and experience with FinOps, cloud governance, security frameworks (SOC 2, NIST), and zero-trust architecture.
