About the Position
Seeking a Senior Infrastructure Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination and installation of technology infrastructure that will transform our employee and client experiences. The role involves the development of infrastructure program strategies with a focus on networking and collaboration technologies for complex, multi-phase, multi-year efforts. The candidate will be responsible for program discovery, which includes gathering requirements as well as planning, organizing and coordinating the deployment plan of new core network infrastructure. Lastly, the candidate will lead execution and delivery of the program goals, providing reporting and status on program objectives and key performance indicators, and developing and refining program documentation such as methods of procedure, run books, change controls, etc. This role is a hybrid-PMO position which blends aspects of traditional program management with technical project leadership. This role is an individual contributor role where the ideal candidate will own the installation of project activities within the region for high-impact, multi-year efforts.

Requirements:
· 10-12 years of technology project management experience
· Experience with enterprise-scale networking and/or collaboration programs and migrations with a focus on Cisco networking including WiFi, security, and collaboration products
· Experience with project lifecycle of network integrations, infrastructure build, data center builds
· Understanding of cabling, corporate services, cable management
· Knowledge of network integrations and/or network refresh and upgrades
· Plan, coordinate, implement, and track deliverables related to business unit request
· Manage delivery across internal teams and third-party contractors/ consultants
· Gather technology requirements and partner with engineering and operations for high level design
· Identify and manage issue log
· Develop, track and coordinate schedule
· Procure hardware and manage deliveries and delays with vendors, including staging
· Create and Manage the Technology Change Management tickets
· Provide weekly status reports both internally and externally, as required
· Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio, and Project
· Strong Excel, Sharepoint, MS project, ServiceNow Skills
· Experience working with JIRA and working on a KanBan board for task and workflow management
