The company is a leading global technology organization supporting large-scale Smart Factory and IT infrastructure implementations across the United States. Projects focus on delivering advanced infrastructure solutions including network, data center, and industrial communication systems.

The company is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Construction Project Manager to lead Smart Factory implementation projects. This role requires strong expertise in IT infrastructure deployment, construction coordination, and project management across multiple sites nationwide.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

Lead IT infrastructure implementation projects including network, server, and industrial communication systems
Manage full project lifecycle including planning, execution, and delivery
Develop and manage project proposals and related documentation
Track and manage daily construction schedules

Infrastructure Implementation

Oversee installation of network and server infrastructure
Support wireless network setup (AP, WIPS, WLC)
Manage optical fiber and UTP cabling installation
Oversee communication rack setup and structured cabling systems
Support data center construction and setup
Design cable routing and tray pathways

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

Coordinate with internal teams and customer stakeholders
Communicate with customer IT Managers
Collaborate with construction, production, and application teams
Manage subcontractors including low voltage, data center, and physical security vendors

Reporting

Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly project reports
Monitor progress, risks, and project milestones

Qualifications

Minimum 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or construction project management
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure environments including network, server, and data center
Experience managing large-scale infrastructure installation projects
Bachelor's degree in a related field

Preferred

Bilingual in Korean and English
Experience in Smart Factory or manufacturing environments
Strong communication and coordination skills across cross-functional teams
Work Environment
Based in New Jersey with frequent nationwide travel
Long-term project assignments at client sites
Fast-paced, project-driven environment
