Information Technology Manager

Full-Time | Exempt

Are you a strategic IT leader who enjoys balancing hands-on technology management with big-picture planning? Coastal Orthopedics is seeking an Information Technology Manager to oversee our technology infrastructure, cybersecurity, clinical systems, and vendor partnerships while driving innovation across our growing healthcare organization.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the strategy, performance, security, and reliability of all IT systems and infrastructure.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Coastal Orthopedics and our Managed Service Provider (MSP).
  • Develop and execute the organization's technology roadmap and IT initiatives.
  • Manage network, server, telephony, cybersecurity, backup, and disaster recovery systems.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI solutions, to improve clinical and operational workflows.
  • Oversee IT vendors, budgets, hardware/software procurement, and asset management.
  • Support EHR, imaging, and healthcare technology integrations.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and all applicable healthcare regulations.
  • Provide technology guidance to executive leadership and physician stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of IT leadership or management experience.
  • Strong expertise in network administration, cybersecurity, cloud/virtualized environments, Microsoft 365, VoIP, and enterprise infrastructure.
  • Proven project management and vendor management skills.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Healthcare IT experience preferred.

Preferred Experience

  • EHR, imaging systems, HL7/API integrations, and healthcare data systems.
  • SQL reporting and workflow optimization.
  • AI technologies, automation, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft, ITIL, SonicWall, or NextGen.
