Job description

Job Title: EHR Technical Systems Manager
Location: Tulsa, OK
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM 
Pay Range: $100,131 – $140,196 annually

Job Summary:
The EHR Technical Systems Manager leads the technical planning, coordination, and operations of Epic infrastructure systems. This role manages database and client systems teams while ensuring system performance, upgrades, and compliance with enterprise IT standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Epic infrastructure including database and client systems.
  • Lead technical projects, system upgrades, and disaster recovery planning.
  • Oversee IT change management and ensure compliance with standards.
  • Supervise and support technical staff and team operations.
  • Coordinate vendor relationships and service agreements.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an EHR/EMR technical environment.
  • Experience with SQL databases, Epic infrastructure, and analytics systems.
  • Epic Systems Certification required.


Additional Information:

  • $10,000 sign-on bonus available for eligible candidates outside the local area.
