Job description

About RedChip:

RedChip Companies, Inc. is a global leader in investor relations, financial media, and research for micro-cap and small-cap stocks. Established in 1992 and headquartered in Orlando, Florida, RedChip combines traditional investor relations services with cutting-edge multimedia marketing. With a robust track record, RedChip has assisted hundreds of companies in achieving their capital markets goals and has been recognized by Inc. Magazine as one of the fastest-growing privately held investor relations firms in the U.S.

Position Summary:

RedChip is seeking a Graphic Artist to support the creation of high-impact visual content across digital platforms and client-facing investor materials. This is a full-time, in-office role based in Maitland, FL. The ideal candidate is not only a skilled designer, but also an expert in visual communication-particularly in translating complex financial and business information into clear, accurate, and effective graphics.

This role is critical to how RedChip and its clients communicate with investors. Success in this position requires more than creating visually appealing designs; it requires a deep understanding of how data, facts, and figures should be structured and presented to inform, persuade, and build credibility with sophisticated financial audiences.

What You'll Do:

  • Design graphics for social media, websites, digital marketing campaigns, and other online content that support brand authority and audience engagement.
  • Create investor-focused visuals for client materials, including investor presentations, fact sheets, and research-related content.
  • Translate complex financial, operational, and strategic information into clear, concise, and logically structured visual formats.
  • Apply best practices in information design and data visualization to ensure accuracy, clarity, and credibility-prioritizing communication effectiveness over decoration.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand the underlying message, data, and objectives behind each visual asset.
  • Ensure consistency in visual standards, typography, layout, and brand guidelines across all materials.
  • Revise and refine designs based on feedback while maintaining clarity and intent of the underlying information.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Information Design, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a corporate or client-services environment.
  • Strong ability to communicate complex information visually, particularly data-driven or concept-heavy material.
  • Demonstrated understanding of information design and data visualization principles, including the effective presentation of data, facts, and figures.
  • High proficiency with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and layout precision.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with non-design stakeholders.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience designing investor presentations, financial reports, pitch decks, or similar materials.
  • Familiarity with financial markets, investing concepts, or corporate communications.
  • Proven ability to apply rigorous information design principles to real-world investor communications, prioritizing clarity, accuracy, and insight over purely aesthetic considerations.
  • Experience creating graphics for social media and digital marketing in a professional or regulated environment.

Why Join RedChip?

Joining RedChip means becoming part of a dynamic and innovative team with direct exposure to public companies, investment professionals, and financial industry thought leaders. As a Graphic Artist, you will play a direct role in shaping how complex financial and strategic information is understood by the investment community. Your work will be used in high-stakes, real-world contexts where clarity, accuracy, and credibility matter.

This role offers the opportunity to apply and deepen your expertise in information design within a professional, performance-driven environment. You'll work on substantive materials that go beyond surface-level design, contributing to communications that inform decisions and influence outcomes for public companies and their stakeholders.
