Job Posting The City of Rochester is accepting applications for a Real Time Information Center (RTIC) Analyst. The Real Time Information Center (RTIC) Analyst provides real-time operational intelligence and analytical support to the Police Department by monitoring operational systems, information-sharing platforms, surveillance technologies, and public safety databases. This position enhances officer safety, situational awareness, and operational effectiveness by collecting, analyzing, integrating, and disseminating information during active incidents, critical events, and ongoing investigations.
