We are seeking a highly analytical and collaborative Senior Information Technology Analyst - Epic Financial Success to join our team. In this role, you will help drive financial success through technology and analytics.
You will serve as a key partner between Information Technology, Revenue Cycle, and operational leaders, leveraging Epic and related systems to improve charge capture, identify revenue opportunities, and support financial performance. Your work will directly influence revenue integrity, system optimization, regulatory compliance, and organizational success.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, analyzing data, improving processes, and using technology to drive measurable business outcomes.
What You'll Do
  • Analyze charge capture, billing, and revenue cycle workflows
  • Identify revenue leakage and optimization opportunities
  • Perform audits and revenue impact analyses
  • Support and enhance financial applications
  • Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership
What We're Looking For
  • Epic Certification
  • Experience in healthcare revenue cycle, finance, or IT
  • Strong knowledge of charge capture, billing, and reimbursement
  • Hands-on experience with Epic (Resolute PB/HB preferred)
  • Background in healthcare IT, healthcare finance, healthcare revenue cycle
  • Strong communication skills with Executive leaders and stakeholders
  • Resolute Billing Certification strongly preferred
  • CRCR, CPC, COC, CIC, CPMA, or RCMS certifications are strongly preferred
