Location: Phoenix, AZ. Locals given top priority,
Position Overview:
We are hiring a onsite Business Analyst based in Phoenix, USA, with strong hands-on experience in Informatica Data Quality (IDQ), Informatica Data Catalog (EDC), SQL, and Power BI.
The ideal candidate will partner closely with business stakeholders, data governance teams, and engineering teams to ensure trusted, high-quality data and deliver impactful analytical insights through high quality dashboards and reports.
Required Skills & Experience:
• 3-6+ years as a Business Analyst in data/analytics roles.
• Hands-on experience with:
o Informatica IDQ (rules, profiling, scorecards)
o Informatica EDC (cataloging, lineage, metadata)
o SQL (medium to advanced proficiency)
o Power BI (visuals, DAX, modeling)
• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality frameworks, lineage, and metadata management.
• Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, process flows, data mapping documents, and UAT plans.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, especially with U.S.-based stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
• Exposure to Azure Data Services, Purview, Fabric, Databricks, ADF.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience in enterprise metadata/governance frameworks.
