About the Role

The Manager of Influencer Marketing for LG H&H Americas is a critical part of the digital marketing team, which is at the center of the growth plan for our brands. This person will help create and execute the influencer marketing plan along with an internal team to identify influencers and creators fit for our brand portfolio, nurture the relationship with target influencers, and ultimately create organic buzz for our brands.

We are looking for someone who is obsessed with growing awareness of brands through experimenting with new tactics and strategies, grounded in data, and creative in approach to grow a fan base for our brands. Responsibilities

  • Aid in the strategy and execution of influencer marketing efforts, inclusive of campaign objectives, and KPIs that will drive earned media value for a portfolio of beauty and personal care brands.
  • Identify and develop a pool of influencers and creators fit for each brand and manage the relationships with each of them efficiently and effectively.
  • Support in scaling the organic influencer community while simultaneously managing the day-to-day execution of the paid influencer program.
  • Lead campaign management for the paid influencer program including day-to-day communication with influencer partners, outreach and negotiations.
  • Exhibit strong understanding of in-depth influencer reporting; track and analyze performance for all influencer activities providing regular reports on campaign effectiveness with key learnings and areas of opportunity.
  • Clearly communicate initiatives, status, etc. and help guide strategic improvements.
  • Immerse in our key brands and develop an effective creative brief for influencers/creators, aligned with brand narrative priorities.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by identifying emerging trends in the beauty, wellness and influencer marketing landscape, constantly innovating and adapting strategies for maximum impact.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field, Master’s degree in a related field a plus.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in influencer and/or talent marketing.
  • In-house or agency experience in running influencer marketing is strongly preferred.
  • Beauty, fashion, lifestyle and/or health & wellness experience preferred.
  • Experience with tools such as Tribe, Dash Hudson, and/or other influencer management tools preferred.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication, project management, and analytical skills.
  • Strong in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and being able to report results in a clear and concise way.
