Job description

COMPANY
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

About the Role

Reporting to the Senior Influencer Marketing Manager, you'll run the engine room of RYZE's creator program: our gifting and seeding operation, creator database, and campaign logistics. You'll be the person who keeps the program moving - organized, responsive, and always on top of what's in flight.

This is the ideal entry point into one of the largest creator programs in consumer goods, with a clear growth path as the team and program scales.

What You'll Do

  • Run our gifting and seeding program at scale: prospecting, outreach, product sends, and follow-up that converts gifted creators into organic advocates.

  • Own the creator database (CRM/platform): accurate records, deliverable status, usage rights, and contact history.

  • Track content and capture performance metrics across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube; build weekly trackers and support executive reporting.

  • Source emerging creators and surface trends, formats, and sounds the team should move on.

  • Support paid campaigns: shipping logistics, brief distribution, posting schedules, and content collection.

  • Coordinate with operations on product inventory and shipments for gifting waves, launches, and events.

  • Flag standout gifted creators for promotion into affiliate and paid tiers.

What We're Looking For

Someone who is deeply organized, fast, and genuinely fluent in TikTok and Instagram - not just as a consumer but as someone who understands how creator content works and what makes it resonate. You're the person who never lets a follow-up slip and always knows the status of every creator in flight.

You're warm in your creator communication and represent RYZE well - many creators will form their first impression of the brand through you. You're also curious and proactive: you surface things the team should know before being asked.

Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing.

  • Native fluency in TikTok and Instagram.

  • Extremely organized with strong attention to detail; comfortable managing high-volume outreach and tracking.

  • Solid spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets/Excel) for tracking and reporting.

  • Clear, warm written communication - you'll be many creators' first impression of RYZE.

  • Self-starter energy and a performance mindset.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with a creator/affiliate platform (AspireIQ or similar).

  • Experience running or supporting a gifting/seeding program.

  • Passion for wellness, coffee, or functional foods.

Location & Travel

Remote (US), with occasional travel for content shoots, creator events, and experiential activations.
