Job Summary: 

We’re looking for a compassionate, quick-thinking, and detail-oriented Account Executive (AE) to join our inbound customer service team. As an AE, you’ll play a critical role as the first point of contact for consumers, haulers, and fleet businesses requiring emergency roadside assistance.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Be a compassionate communicator – listen actively, show empathy, and guide customers through emergencies. 
  • Coordinate roadside help – dispatch service providers quickly and accurately. 
  • Problem-solve under pressure – think fast, remain calm, and deliver effective solutions in real time. 
  • Provide exceptional service – resolve issues, answer inquiries, and ensure every customer feels supported. 
  • Stay detail-focused – document interactions accurately and communicate clearly with customers, providers, and clients. 
  • Adapt with ease – handle diverse call types, shifting priorities, and multiple technology platforms. 
Requirements:

What We’re Looking for: 

  • Type 25+ WPM with accuracy. 
  • Strong verbal and written communication, with the ability to show empathy and stay composed. 
  • Service-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for helping people in urgent situations. 
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume environments (call centers, dispatch, hospitality, or similar). 
  • Comfort using CRM, mapping tools (Google Maps), and dispatch software. 
  • Ability to provide real-time updates to customers, providers, and clients throughout the dispatch process. 

Education and Experience: 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. 
  • 6+ months of customer service experience 
  • Onsite technical assessment is required

Physical Requirements: 

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. 
  • Ability to lift up to 10 pounds, if necessary.
