Job description

Be the First Smile Patients See

Every great patient experience begins with a warm welcome.

At Infinity Health, our Receptionists are much more than the person behind the front desk, they're the reassuring voice on the phone, the friendly face that greets patients by name, and the steady presence that helps every visit start on the right foot.

If you love helping people, enjoy staying organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where every day is a little different, we'd love to meet you.

What Your Day Might Look Like...

Your morning starts with welcoming patients as they walk through our doors. Some are visiting for a routine appointment, others may be nervous about their appointment, but each one deserves to feel seen, heard, and cared for. Your smile sets the tone.

Throughout the day, you'll answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and help patients navigate insurance, financial assistance, and registration paperwork. Whether you're assisting someone at a kiosk, updating their information, or collecting a payment, you'll be making healthcare easier to access for the people who need it most.

You'll work closely with providers and teammates to keep schedules running smoothly, ensure patient records are accurate, and help our clinics operate efficiently. Your attention to detail keeps everything moving behind the scenes while your compassion shines in every patient interaction.

We're Looking for Someone Who...
  • Loves helping people and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Enjoys staying organized and can comfortably manage multiple tasks.
  • Communicates with kindness, professionalism, and confidence.
  • Is comfortable learning technology, including Microsoft Office and electronic health records.
  • Works well as part of a team while taking initiative when needed.
  • Shares our commitment to providing quality healthcare for every patient.

Experience in a medical office is helpful, but if you have strong customer service skills and a willingness to learn, we encourage you to apply.

What You'll Need
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one year of office experience preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office.
  • Medical or behavioral health office experience is a plus—but not required.
Where You'll Work

This position is based in our Osceola Behavioral Health office, travel to other locations as needed.

Why Infinity Health?

Every phone call you answer, every appointment you schedule, and every patient you welcome helps someone receive the care they deserve.

If you're looking for a career where kindness matters, teamwork is valued, and your work truly makes a difference every single day, we hope you'll join the Infinity Health family.
