Job description

We are Hiring for a Regional Property Manager for our skilled nursing facilities!

Position Summary: Under the direction of the VP of Property Management, the Regional Property Manager oversees the daily maintenance operations of the Infinity Healthcare Facilities in Indiana and Illinois Regions.

Knowledge and Role Responsibilities Regional Property Manager:

1.Will include overnight travel โ€“ typical work week will include overnight travel Monday through Friday

2.Reports directly to Vice President of Property Management

3.Provide and cover for facilities that have an open maintenance supervisor position. This includes completing work orders, necessary maintenance within the facility, doing daily checks and rounds and documentation. Training new maintenance supervisors on our policy and procedures in regards to property management and emergency preparedness manual.

4.Conduct mock surveys and life safety inspections at the facilities

5.Oversee our Preventative Maintenance program, floor care, deep cleans and environmental care manual

6.Requires visit reports and documentation and exit calls with the Administrator and Maintenance Supervisor and sent to VP of Property Management and Administrative Assistant.

7.Follow policies and procedures set forth in the Preventive Maintenance Manual and the Emergency Preparedness Manual.

8.Oversee Maintenance Department to ensure they follow the policies and procedures set forth in the Preventive Maintenance Manual.

9.Demonstrate safety in being around and using chemicals and tools and follow all policies and procedures.

10.Perform a variety of tasks on both the interior and exterior of buildings in accordance with mechanical, plumbing, EPA, and electrical codes and guidelines.

11.Keep records and make reports of work accomplished and materials used.

12.Respond to emergency maintenance and life safety needs promptly 24/7.

13.Provide assistance in coordinating facility fire and disaster drills.

14.Comply with all federal, state, local, and facility regulations and procedures and ensure other members of the Maintenance Department comply also.

15.Demonstrate ability to adjust to changes in schedules and assignments to meet facility needs.

16.Communicate and observe the Corporate Compliance Program effectively and comply with Code of Conduct when performing work functions.

17.Become trained/certified to maintain required smoke and fire resistance rating of barrier walls, conduct necessary PCREE Testing, Life Safety Regulations, Emergency Preparedness Regulations. All training information will be provided by Vice President of Property Management.

Role Responsibilities-Safety:

1.Demonstrate ability to locate emergency equipment (i.e. fire extinguisher, etc.).

2.Understand and demonstrate knowledge of role in Fire and Disaster Drills.

3.Recognize, remove, and/or report potential hazards.

Physical Requirements for a Regional Property Manager:

The physical demands described below are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position, with or without reasonable accommodation.

This position requires the ability to stand, walk, sit, climb, balance, stoop, bend, and work in both interior and exterior environments. The employee must be able to work in tight or awkward positions and around potential hazards, including electrical equipment, chemicals, heat, and moving machinery, while maintaining safe work practices.

The employee must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull tools, materials, and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds. Manual dexterity, visual acuity, and the ability to safely operate tools and equipment are required.

Frequent regional and overnight travel is required.

SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS

1.High school graduate preferred, or experience in a related field.

2.Minimum of 5-year supervisory experience.

3.Minimum of 5 years general maintenance building experience, electrical, and HVAC

4.Possess strong experience in the ability to supervise others.

6.Demonstrate ability of self-direction and adequate communication skills, both verbal and written, to ensure appropriate communication.

8.Experience in healthcare and maintenance is helpful.
