• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that employ evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness techniques to encourage personal growth and emotional well-being.
• Facilitate regular therapeutic sessions, both in-person and virtually, providing tailored support to clients while tracking progress towards established therapeutic goals.
• Use technology platforms for teletherapy, ensuring clients can access services conveniently, particularly those with logistical constraints or preference for virtual engagement.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, reflecting our commitment to professionalism and accountability.
• Participate in ongoing professional development, engaging in workshops, peer consultations, and training opportunities to enhance your clinical expertise.

Our clientele encompasses a broad spectrum, including individuals facing conditions such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship issues. You will work with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adults. • A valid and active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A minimum of a Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in a relevant discipline such as Social Work, Psychology, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Knowledge of culturally competent care practices and techniques for effective engagement with diverse client populations.
