Compensation:
  • Base salary: $250, 000–$275, 000/year, based on experience
  • Revenue share starting once base salary is covered, typically an additional $50, 000–$75, 000/year on average
  • Partnership track with no buy-in, revenue shared on a pro-rata basis

Job/Practice Description: Infectious Disease
  • 75% inpatient / 25% outpatient
  • 25+ patients per day
  • Team of 6 infectious disease physicians
  • 5 full-time advanced practice providers supporting the group
  • Monday–Friday schedule, with flexible early/late shift options between providers
  • Call rotation: 1: 4
  • No administrative burden for physicians, providers focus on practicing medicine and following industry guidelines
