Job description

The work location for this position is our Coleman Rd. facility.We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Industrial Kitchen Helper to join our team. This role involves assisting in food preparation and baking, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting warehouse operations to ensure smooth production and shipment processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in an industrial kitchen setting and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and baking of products.
  • Clean and maintain the kitchen, including washing dishes, sweeping and mopping floors, and wiping down surfaces.
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Assist in receiving and storing food and supplies.
  • Break down boxes that are dumped into the cello operation.
  • Help with changing rolls of film.
  • Pack individual bags of products into master cases for shipment.
  • Perform check weights if needed.
  • Stack master cases onto pallets for shipment.
  • Move finished pallets to the shipping area.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience working in an industrial kitchen setting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
