What you will do:

  • Lead electrical maintenance priorities, troubleshooting escalation, work planning, safety expectations, and reliability improvements.
  • Coordinate electricians, controls support, outside vendors, outage work, spare parts, and plant electrical projects.
  • Track work status, constraints, PM completion, equipment issues, and follow-up actions for plant leadership.
