Parsons is now hiring a Signals Analyst with a passion for innovation and solving mission critical challenges to support our partners in INDOPACOM. Specific Responsibilities: * Conduct in-depth location-based analysis to discover, develop, analyze, and report on Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIR) in support of contingency operations, operational-level planning, and joint or partner organizations throughout INDOPACOM
* Utilize TechSIGINT techniques by applying expertise in Electronic Warfare (EW), FISINT, and FORNSAT to manage the discovery, characterization, and on-going analysis of adversary activity in support of INDOPACOM operations
* Develop and maintain analytical procedures to meet changing requirements and ensure operational mission compliance
* Participate in customer requirements: advise mission development, aid all-source analysis, and attend analytical and operational meetings * Support the production cycle by collaborating with Senior Reporters to author reports intended for COI / IC consumption Required Education/Experience: * 4+ years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; will consider experience in lieu of degree
* Graduate of 450, 451, or similar course
* Detailed knowledge of a wide range of SIGINT concepts, principles, and practices, and its sub-disciplines, policy, operations, tasking, and procedures to process, analyze, and report intelligence findings based upon theater and national tasking
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to proofread, edit, and finalize intelligence products for senior leader briefings
* Valid US Passport
* Active DoD TS security clearance with SCI eligibility and CI poly
* Flexibility regarding work locations, which may include several locations on Oahu Preferred Experience : * Previous experience working SIGINT analytical support with a focus on INDOPACOM threats is highly preferred
* Previous experience supporting an NSA TOPI Security Clearance Requirement: An active Top Secret security clearance is required to apply, however, the selected candidate must be able to obtain a Top Secret SCI w/Polygraph clearance prior to the start date.
